Australia Travel Rules & Regulations
Australia’s borders are currently closed. The only people who can travel to Australia are:
- Australian citizens
- Permanent residents
- Immediate family members
- Travellers who have been in New Zealand for at least 14 days before the date of departure. This does not include the Realm Countries of the Cook Islands and Niue. (Please note quarantine-free travel from the North Island of New Zealand is suspended until at least 11:59 pm on 31 October 2021. Quarantine free travel from the South Island can resume from 11:59 pm on 19 October 2021, subject to conditions.)
